How to send multiple files using .Zip

  1. Locate the file or folder that you want to compress.

  2. Right-click the file or folder, point to Send To, and then click Compressed (zipped) Folder.

    A new compressed folder is created. To rename it, right-click the folder, click Rename, and then type the new name.

1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of each order?
Our MOQ of flooring is 1 x 20กฏ Full Container Load (FCL), which is about 1,200 m2.

2. What is delivery date for 1 x 20กฏ FCL flooring?
If timber is in stock the delivery time is approx. 45 days. If timber is out of stock the delivery time is 60days.

3. Which type of payment do you accept?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with 30% down payment with your order and balance 70% 1 week before shipment or Irrevocable and Transferable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C).

4. Which wood species can you supply?
We can supply oak, maple, birch and bamboo flooring. Most of our customers
order solid hard wood like oak, which is ideal for flooring, but we also supply engineered flooring with hard wood surface.?

5. What is the moisture content of your flooring?
Most customers order flooring with a moisture content of 8-12%. However, we can supply flooring with any moisture content you may require. If you are not sure of the exact moisture content for your area you may easily obtain this important information from your local flooring market.

6. Does every floor board look the same?
Our flooring has the natural characteristics of wood so there will be some colour variation and natural marks on the surface within each quality category from A, B, C to D. Quality A as the best quality will have very small tight knots on the surface, but most clients prefer a broad cross-section of appearance with a competitive market price. Therefore, most of our customers order quality A/B/C/D mixed.
